Costs

  An administration fee of £100.00 based on 2 applicants, will apply once a property has been viewed and you  

   wish to proceed with renting the property. For more than 2 applicants per property there will be an extra

   charge of £25.00 per additional applicant. This will include taking references and credit checks, processing

   your tenancy application and drawing up your tenancy agreement.

   We will also require upon signing the agreement, one month's rent in advance and a deposit equal to one

   month's rent plus £100.00.
